  • Ok, so... i didn't knew of the revision B before you ask. And I'm happy to see on the manual that I have this version.

For the USB Gen5, even if I have not the sticker I am sure to have a Gen5 because I buyed this DAC once they put this model out. And about what i wrote, I did a copy paste from Schiit product page. BUT like I said it is a GEN 5 USB.

  • Ok perfect.

Just one thing. I contacted Schiit support and they told me this about Gen5:

"If it was Gen 5 USB when it shipped from us, it will have a Gen 5 USB sticker under the USB port.".

Now, from your photos, I don't see this sticker.

And your description says: "Bitperfect clock management at all native sample rates via Adapticlock analysis and VCXO/VCO regeneration, plus asynchronous USB Gen 2 module".

I have to be sure that it is Gen5.

  • Yes, it's a USB Gen5 revision B.

But I'm not interested in any exchange.

  • Ok, thanks for your reply!

For me it's important that it has usb gen5 because I'm going to use it.

For what concerns the Revision B, it should be written on the first page of the owner's manual. (Let me know if you find it). I think that depends from when you bought the Gumby!

If you are interested, I also have some stuff to exchange (Valhalla 2, Modi 3, Vali 2; a projector, the Mitsubishi HC7000).

    Let me know,

    Gianluca

  • Hello,

I don't know about any revision. It's a GUNGNIR model with MULTIBIT converters and with USB Gen5.

It's the one that is on SCHIIT webpage.

I have the original box and bill and, YES, I can send it to Italy.

    @+

  • Hi, I come from Italy (can you ship to Italy?). Is the Gungnir still available?

Is the Revision B, USB Gen 5 Gungnir Multibit?

Do you have the original box?

    Thanks,

    Gianluca
